According to Charlotte ,Bronte, she was not a fan of masculinity at all. She does not believe at the heroism of man but the fallen of man since the fell of Mr Rochester from the horse and got help from Jane in the Jane Eyre. May be Jane's behavior was not the only main reason which makes her such a brave woman but also under the comparison of the falling of man. Also, without the losing control love for Jane, Mr Rochester could totally ignore Jane or find another Jane. Jane was the lucky one who met him at a right time which assumed a period of man's masculinity. Many woman caught a great chance for themselves to become more important in the history. This was not just about the book Jane Eyre. George Eliot was another great example in the real world.
